Orders for products supplied by Kreative Hampers are subject to our terms and conditions of order.
The contents section includes products which are subject to change. As we source the products from lots of different suppliers, we sometimes have to replace out of stock items of a similar value. We always try our best to ensure the alternative product is as similar as possible. If you wish to have the exact selection of Caribbean food items shown on the contents section, please email us for confirmation that all the items are in stock. We reserve the right to substitute items for similar items if it is out of stock.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price changing after you have placed your order but before the item is shipped, we will contact you to advise of any changes before proceeding, or may cancel your order and refund the full cost to you.
All images on our website are for reference only. The product you receive may vary from the actual image.
We endeavour to keep our images as up to date as possible but on occasions where a certain item is out of stock, we may substitute it for a similar item of similar value.
Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, Kreative Hampers reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website and prices displayed. In the event of an order already being placed for an item with an error, we reserve the right to fully refund you without notice.
Kreative Hampers does not guarantee product availability beyond current stock holdings.
We do our best to hold all items in stock but sometimes we run out. If we sell out of a particular hamper then this should be noted on the website. If we run out of a specific item from a hamper then we will do our best to replace with an equivalent item.
We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the gift is coming on the day requested. This is especially the case for deliveries to large businesses or hospitals. We will guarantee the item is delivered to the address given. Any problems with orders not arriving with the recipient must be reported within 48 hours of the requested delivery date or we will be unable to help in sourcing the shipment.
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us via our contact us section. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and we are unable to amend any delivery details.
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of the order being placed will be subject to a 10% administration fee deducted from the refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased for any reason. Please contact us first to advise of any problems.
Please note this policy excludes all confectionery or food products with a use by date as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. We will consider refunds if there has been an error on our part. Kreative Hampers does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.
